Maureen Donnelly

Marketing & Communications Chair
Maureen Donnelly, Marketing & Communications Chair for Loudoun Serenity House, holds an MBA and has over 20 years marketing and communications experience, primarily in the transportation industry. She has held various executive-level positions, including Assistant Vice President, Marketing & Communications for Patriot Rail Company and Vice President, Marketing & Customer Relations for OmniTRAX.
Maureen joined the board of Loudoun Serenity House in 2018 and leads marketing and communications efforts toward the promotion of its mission to provide safe, supportive and affordable residential services to women striving for their best life, a substance free life, free from dependency on alcohol and drugs. Maureen’s passion and commitment to Loudoun Serenity House is driven through her close ties to the recovery community and her personal experience losing her own sister, Lisa, to alcohol poisoning in 2007.
