Stephanie Scarola is an entrepreneur with 20 years of international strategic finance and operations experience in environments ranging from start-ups to Fortune 250 firms.
She is the CEO and Founder of Clarity Management Consulting Services, LLC and operates a successful franchise with Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) where she has built a comprehensive Human Capital Management practice. Stephanie is an expert buyer for clients in the areas of employee benefits, staffing and payroll and HR services. Throughout her career, Stephanie has provided CFO/COO advisory and services to clients in various industries and has extensive experience in financial services, especially within the risk management, insurance, and investment management sectors.

Stephanie is a gifted leader with excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of winning clients trust and turning around tough projects. She is currently on the Board of KEEN Greater DC, and has served on other boards in the past, including on the Northern Chapter of the Virginia Society of CPAs, and the ERA Owners Association.
She graduated with honors from Loyola University, Baltimore, MD with a BBA in Accounting and holds a CPA (lic. in inactive status) and a Life and Health agents and consultant license. She currently resides in the Washington DC Metro area with her partner, Judd and their 6-year-old pup, Luke.
